CASE STUDY:
Issue:
We installed cameras after repeated burglaries at our client’s business and got immediate results, solving several burglaries.
Investigation:
(1) The subject broke into a large soda machine which can potentially hold $1,000 in cash & change, and caused approximately $1,200 in equipment damage. Once he was arrested, it was determined he had a homemade circular key for vending machines and was routinely cleaning out other machines causing thousands of dollars in loss.
(2) The second set of pictures is of a burglar that used a screw driver & hammer to break into over 31 machines, causing around $5,000 in damage. We were able to solve the crime due to the fact he wore his work shirt while committing the crime.
Both suspects were arrested within the week and subsequently convicted.
