CASE STUDY:
Issue:
The father of our client’s three year old daughter, would allegedly transport their daughter on a GoPed scooter.
Investigation:
Surveillance revealed the subject transported his 3 yr old daughter from downtown Los Angeles to Beverly Hills seven miles away, frequently traveling in excess of 35 miles per hour.
Additionally, he left the child alone near the street to guard the scooter while he returned into the his apartment out of view.
Disposition:
The court took away custody, ordered monitored visitation.
