The boyfriend had since opened a P.O. Box a few blocks away from the residence of our client’s supported wife.
Surveillance established that his vehicle was at the wife’s residence every night until the next morning and he was not gainfully employed.
The USPS confirmed the new address location via mail forwarding address cards.
