medical malpractice claim

CASE STUDY:

Claim:

In this highly publicized case, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit for medical malpractice stating she was unable to use her right arm after surgery. She also filed a complaint against the doctor’s medical license.

Injury:

The plaintiff was quoted in a newspaper article just weeks prior to our investigation stating,  “...she says she ended up with crippling pain in her right arm, shoulder and chest. Not only can she longer play tennis, she said, but she also can’t blow dry her hair or ride on the passenger side of an automobile - the shoulder belt sears her nerve endings.””

Investigation:

During our investigation, the subject demonstrated strength, mobility, dexterity and full range of motion in her right arm.
