CASE STUDY:
Claim:
The plaintiff was injured in an auto accident after being hit by a commercial truck. He refused to settle for less then 2 million dollars at the mandatory settlement conference.
Injury/damages:
The plaintiff stated he lost his business because he was unable to work due to his injuries. The plaintiff stated he was primarily bed ridden, required the use of a walker or cane for mobility, and suffered from endless extensive injuries.
Investigation:
Our investigation revealed the plaintiff started using a cane after a settlement was not reached, anticipating a P.I.. Additionally, he demonstrated strength, mobility and full range of motion.
